Processing Time

After placing an order, it typically takes 2-4 business days to clear credit card payments to process your shipment for stock iterms such as wavy/straight will be shipped fastest within 5 busines days business days...

CUSTOM New Textures Raw hair steam textures may need to be designed new may take up 10 days before shipping. If there's an issue with your shipping information, we will contact you as soon as possible and You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready to be shipped for custom orders.

Domestic Shipping:

Standard Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS/FedEx with receipt confirmation , tracking/ general insurance $100 You may request additonal, however, all packages comes with signature confirmation and we've never lost a package local or internationally in 20yrs!

Estimated Delivery Time: within 5 business days after the order/credit card processing timeframe for stock items.

Can I cancel or change my order once my order is placed?

At RawHairGuru , we are truly committed to providing our clients with the best experience possible. We cannot offer changes to orders once the item(s) has shipped. Orders can be canceled and or changed within 24 hours from placing your order. Please email us for any change or cancel orders within 24hrs.

International Orders:

We currently offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery time is typically up to 7-14 business days.

International shipping costs DO NOT cover tariffs or import taxes imposed by your country. Please consider this before placing an order. (Western Union, BankWire, MG, ) orders can recieve free internationally to offset those fees.}

We reserve the right to use a comparable shipping method if necessary.

Shipping costs may vary from the rates displayed at checkout. for wholesale orders.

Full shipping costs must be paid at the time of the order, lets discuss.

RawHairGuru, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are shipped. { We do not use our Company name of packages as its too revealing for your mail to travel safely. We operate as drop shippers for safety.

We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package during business hours, all package require signature.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders placed during peak seasons or holidays.
