Thank you for choosing Raw Hair Guru, LLC! We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item. This policy outlines our guidelines for doing so.

Eligible Items:
You may return or exchange unopened and unworn hair extensions within 14 days of receiving your order, excluding clearance and sale items.
Ineligible Items:

Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals) are also final sale due to their delicate nature and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
Return Process:

Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Ship Your Return: Securely pack the unopened and unworn item(s) in the original packaging (if possible). Include the ship the package to the address provided using a traceable postal carrier with a signature confirmation.
Important Notes:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost items in transit.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a store credit to your account, minus a $35 restocking fee.

Store credit expires after 60 days and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Orders placed with store credit will not be eligible for additional promotions that have ended.
