We are confident you're receiving ethically sourced high-quality hair products, and stand behind our products. We work deligently with our clients and factory sourcing to ensure production quality is as expected with every order.
***Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on human hair that has been used or washed because it is a real hair product. No exceptions can be accepted.
Additionally, No Returns, Replacements and exchanges are not permitted on products with lace such as ( lace wigs, closure/frontals, etc.) customized items, mono, silk tops, skin base units, nor on bundle sale items.
All other products, if for any reason your unsatified, you must requests a store credit within 30 calendar days from date of purchase. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way !! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you and the store credit voided.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an signature confirmation, insured and trackable service is used. We are unable to issue a store credit without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition,
we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon its return.
